Delivery of Orders
Processing & Dispatch
We will do our best to pack and dispatch orders as soon as possible, some orders could take up to 48 hours for packing and dispatching. Customers will receive packing and dispatch notifications.
Cut-off time for orders is 10:00am, any orders placed after 10:00am will get registered in te system on the following business day.
Delivery Conditions
Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.
Delivery is to the nearest accessible point (e.g., curbside) based on site access and vehicle restrictions.
Pallet jack access is not guaranteed. Tailgate, forklift, or crane truck deliveries may be used depending on the order.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer must:

Ensure safe and accessible delivery conditions

Notify the Seller of special access conditions beforehand

Have an authorised person onsite to receive the order
If delivery cannot be completed due to Customer-related issues, re-delivery fees or storage fees may apply.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates and times are estimates only.
The Seller is not liable for:

Delays from transport companies

Project delays or installer fees
-
Any indirect loss caused by late delivery
Customer Pickup
For warehouse pickups, Customers (or their couriers) must inspect Goods before leaving.
Once Goods leave the warehouse, the Seller is not responsible for any damages.
